I put in waaaay too much time researching front license plate bracket options.
In the end, none of them appealed to me, so I came up with an alternative.
I will work on a better engineered solution, but this is good for now.

I wanted the plate high for off-road use, and away from the intercooler grill.
The plastic universal bracket shown at the bottom was the best that I could find.
The bumper pad is curved, so I used rubber bushings under the bracket.
Four holes into the pad, bushings, screws, washers, and lock nuts.
The bracket comes with screws to mount the plate.
But I also have a cover, so I had to source longer screws.
All in all, rather robust considering, and looks good as well.
Mission accomplished.

Nice. When you installed it, did you take the front skid off or did you pull the bumper pads and IC grill off?

LE gives me the eye until they see the temp on the back.
Don't want the hassle.

Swarfworks was not shipping or I may have done that.
But I do like this better.

I removed the lower grill & pad piece.
The clips do not respond well to removal & reinstallation.
So I will order a replacement set.

is there not a sensor on that side behind the plastic like the radar on the driver side?

That is exactly what I did to mine. No regrets.

I know you are in Nj and it’s a law there but f that .. take the occasional fix it ticket.

It is the law in Missouri too. I just dont want the hassle. No front plate gives the police (who i support) a reason to pull you over.

Now if i have my gun, or had A beer, it is just another confrontation or escalation that could have been avoided.
