didn’t you watch Kung Fu Panda? there’s no secret ingredient in the secret ingredient soup.

from the browser address window viewing the video or right click the video and copy the link to the clipboard.

within your FRF post, click the youtube icon

paste your link into the YT bracketing.

remove all the text before and including =

save ; preview post. you should see the embedded video.
there’s a post around here somewhere on embedding YT video
