Moving a large boat

I am needing to move a boat 10 minutes to the lake. Dry weight is 7200 plus aluminum triple axle trailer and some fuel in it I'm guessing to be pushing 8800lbs. I have the airlift 1000 airbags installed so hoping it will suffice to make it the short drive.

Trailer has the tongue surge brake setup.

Anyone test this weight range yet?

Towing a large boat with the gen 3

Trying to decide between a ‘24 raptor and a f250. I will be towing a 3400 lb (dry weight with motor) boat. Trailer is around 1200 lbs. I currently tow a 2800lb boat and my gen 2 does pretty good but I sometimes feel it back there. My question is: what setup are you guys using to tow your boats...

Depends a lot on your tongue weight.
Keep in mind really bad things can happen in only a ten minute drive!
