I'm going with the idea that the bulged hood is to some how help with air flow for the top vents. So why all the secrecy....maybe a 4dr version?
It's the much speculated about crew cab version of the Raptor.

If Ford made a 6 door Raptor some people would buy it. Not everyone buys vehicles for the same reason. And a LOT of Raptor owners won't take their Raptors offroad except for dirt/gravel roads which really don't count.
It's a bitchen, tough looking pickup and everyone knows it's awesome offroad even if it never sees the dirt. People buy the Raptor for lots of different reasons so it's only logical that some will love a SCrew Cab Raptor.
A lot of Jeep people (even myslef) thought making a 4 door Jeep was a stupid idea that took away from the purpose of a Jeep. From the looks of the sales numbers and the popularity in the aftermarket of the Unlimited I think we were wrong. I personally like the Jeep Unlimited more than the 2 door and the disadvantages offraod are made up with the convenience factor of the added space. Is there going to be a disadvantage offroading? Yes but the Raptor is already at a disadvantage because of its width in these areas. Like Dan said most the Raptor owners aren't going offroad so it won't matter. I just want Ford to sell more so they and the aftermarket will continue to come up with new products for the truck!!!
