I think if you hit 704 right when the "press 1 for sales" message starts it goes directly to him. That way you don't have to listen to the "not another one of them guys" sad depressed sigh when you say "I am trying to get ahold of Morrie please". But it was amusing. Guy that answered when I hit "press 1 for sales" was nice but you can tell he gets a lot of calls wanting to talk to Morrie. There is a reason for the - incredible customer service.
