Model year 2025 Keypad - early deliveries

Question for early 2025 Raptors deliveries…

Is the truck equipped with a keypad?

If not, did you complain?

If you complained, did you get anywhere?

My window sticker calls it out as standard equipment. I fully understand that it’s been removed and is now a dealer option/install.

I guess my question is..by Ford displaying/listing it as Standard Equipment, one could argue that it should be added at no cost!

Yup. If it's on the window sticker and the VIN matches your truck, they should be installing it for free.

Interesting i just pulled my window sticker and it is not listed as a standard feature. I do not have it on the door. I loved the keypad on my 22 lariat. I will probably have them add it next time in for service.

For Canada on the 2025,its a $300 upgrade and not standard.

Be aware that the dealer installed keypad does not go on the pillar like the pre-2025’s. They drill holes in your door and mount it next to the door handle.

Good info, thanks. I added the key pad to my build but asked the dealer not to install it.

Rumor has it that it's sticky backed. And needs new batteries from time to time. What a kluge. If I got one, I'd be tempted to stick it on the back of the cab where tree branches can't tear it off.

Does anyone know if the regular keypad is available on lower-trim trucks? Did they do away with it? Or is it just us getting screwed. Again.

Like the Bronco keypads. Sticky back and non replaceable battery.
