Is the bumper touching the lower valance?

Reason I ask is it could get really annoying if its. I had the great idea to build my bumper nice and tight like that and I ended up having to cut the shit out of glass to fix the clanking sounds that I created at all times, and from the looks of that pic I may have had more clearance. The problem was the bumper didn't flex but the body does, and over anything larger than a road dot it would clank.

It's a hair away from making contact but there's a ton of play with that valance. Baker is fabbing up a piece that'll pull the valance up somewhere near a 1/2".
