on my 23 they first replaced the spring and/or actuator and that didn't fix it so they replaced the entire exhaust all the way out to the tips. I asked if I could keep the old exhaust so I could put the last section on my R and get rid of the 2 resonators but they said they had to send the old exhaust back to Ford - it sounded 100% better after that, quiet was really quite and baja sounded better, I had driven it thousands of miles not knowing it wasn't working properly

on my R it has a rattle only at cold start up then goes away for the most part after its warm but at moderate to WOT it has a terrible rattle type noise - dealer ordered a new exhaust for it and am waiting for it to arrive at the dealer - I really want to get those resonators off the back end of it

Just happened to me, a bit different sound and everything was basically Baja. "Quiet" was louder than "Normal" for some reason. Ended up being two fried actuators.

40,000mi so out of the regular warranty, and my 'platinum' bumper to bumper extended warranty excludes exhaust parts :(

New actuators and install is like $850 at the dealer.
