Faster on the street means faster in the dirt, sorry your defense is meaningless.
Someone needs to go find a safe place.
Ridiculous statement.

The first thing you should do is go visit svc, rogue racing or rpg, youll realize that these trucks arent the endpoint they are merely the platform, one visit to any of these shops and two things will happen, your tail will be between your legs as mine always is when i visit and you will immediately begin making a mental list of all the mods you want and how to pay for it. I am at the bottom of the socio economic ladder when it comes to the raptor community, so when i shell out 2k to 4k it feels like big money, in reality, i am lucky these shops treat me so well, especially when you see all the 100k builds they have in progress. maxing out your credit cards, refinancing your home, cashing out your retirement (hell i can work till im 80) are all on the table to finance your mods. @WyoStorm has a valid point about durabliity, i like the idea of being to limp home with some duct tape, bailing wire and basic tools, i go out alone (i know, i know, but honestly i just dont like people). I suspect the turbos may not strand you but im guessing youll have to rebuild them on a regular basis and i would rather put that cash into suspension mods. the fact of the matter is if youre off road and need help i will be the first to offer it, if i need help i hope you would be the first to offer, and then we can sit on top of a hill and crack open a beer, and talk about all the things that stoke you about your truck and everything that stokes me about mine and what mods we are planning. and if you look at all my previous posts about gen 2s i have acknowledged its a bad ass truck, but im sorry the sound is a thing for me, i must not be alone because, and i know im beating a dead horse but the ford engineers must have thought it was an issue otherwise they would not have wired in exhaust tone enhancement through the speakers, and i think we can all agree thats pretty lame
Your single sentence diatribe made the G2 point for us.
If the production starting point is better than a modified G1 it can only get better.
+ You don't have the added expense of adding a. Lower or Turbos. They are there and the truck is designed from the MFG to work with them.
+ they come with a warranty.
Keep your sound.
really wasnt meant to be a diatribe, im sorry you took it that way, seriously, go visit some reputable aftermarket shops that are members here youll understand what i was trying to communicate.Your single sentence diatribe made the G2 point for us. (Periods and paragraphs are your friends.)

The same guys that say the Gen 2s are street queens and that straight line power means nothing will say how badass a supercharged gen 1 is in the same breath.
