Mod suggestions for street / strip

I have a 2018 Raptor Supercrew and an MPT Tune w/ Nguage on the way but no other mods are currently in the works. Ultimately, I'd like to have a sub 12 quarter mile and sub 4 second 0 to 60 for street/strip (mostly street). What mods would you recommend to help me get there? If you add specific brands/model numbers, that would be great, if not, no problem. Thanks.

Turbo adapters, down pipes, and exhaust for easy starters with the mpt 93 Tune. Run the 1/4 mile with that and see where you are at.
