After enjoying the comforts of civilization, I camped in a magnificent spot in Bride Canyon, off Gemini Bridges Road. This is just outside of Arches National Park, just west. There was also a nice 4x4 trail inside Arches, with several challenging sections of rock crawling. These photos were taken at the Bride Canyon camp site.

Actually before that Bride Canyon, I took a 2 day side trip into western Colorado, looking for a greener change of pace. Found it, but the weather turn much colder near Telluride...

Anyway...I returned to warm and sunny Moab. I did more exploring and found the greenery I had been looking for, just a few miles south of town. Geyser pass had this amazing Aspen tree filled environment, with snow-capped peaks, and even a few streams and lakes. Spectacular.
