I’m heading to the raptor assault April 5-6. I will be spending the week in Moab and looking for things to do in the Raptor since I will be driving it all the way over there from Louisiana.

There are a lot of trails you can do, and a lot of scenery you can see. Get the Moab 4X4 book by Wells, you can get it from Amazon.

He does a great job describing the trails and the difficultly. I will be there then and will be happy to answer any questions you may have then.

Thanks for mentioning that book. I’ve seen others mention it. I will order it and get familiar with what I am comfortable doing.

We did the Potash Road right outside Moab over to then up the Shafer Trail. Beautiful ride. Hiked up to the Corona Arch and saw the Petroglyphs on the way there.
Would recommend that to anyone.
