You still can add front camera as long as you have NAV. However, it will cost you more than $525.

Talk to your dealer. Let them know how unhappy you are. If you mentioned the front camera at all during the ordering process, demand that they install the FACTORY front cam at their price / no labor.

I did not mention the front camera nor did I mention any other items that I thought were part of a package. I will put pressure on them but I doubt anything will come out of it. I was told by SRT that a camera can not be added after the build due to software integration. I will just have to make my passenger get out and check clearance.

Thanks for the support.

Good luck but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Mine was supposed to be ordered with the front camera and it didn't get it even after the factory accepted the change after the dealer found out he overlooked it. That's the only reason I was able to get mine added after the fact and it took some string pulling from the regional rep. It's a pretty involved process and they had my truck for 2 days and it still needs to go back. They even need to replace the windshield washer stalk to accommodate the washer on the camera if you want it done to factory spec. Mine is still waiting on a backorder for the camera bracket and it's been about a month since they started.

Best bet at this point would be to go the other suggested route and try to do it aftermarket.

Don't even bother telling them. You didn't mention it in the deal so they are not obligated to get it for you. It sucks not knowing what full options there are, but that's how it went down for you. And I'm sorry to hear that. But you did not pay for the option nor did you mention it, so just cut your losses and forget about it. You do not want to endure the headache of taking in your brand new truck all the time just to fix that front camera that probably will never work properly.

The factory camera can and has been added after the fact! Read thru this thread before you give up! It wouldn't be easy or cheap but it is possible.
