Has anyone changed the drivers side mirror to a plain mirror without the blindspot feature? Anyone with a part number for it? I feel like sometimes its more of a distraction than a help.

I dont know if this helps but the 2010s don't have the blindspot mirror its all one flat piece.

I'll get around to ordering a set. In the meantime, I MacGuyver'd mine with 2 strips of black electrical tape. You wouldn't know it if I didn't tell you. :)

Sorry to bring an old thread back to life, but I'm gonna do anyway.

I saw this and decided to pull mine out. I painted the badges on my old car matte black to get them to stand out against the gloss black, and I choose to do the same to the refractors. I sure hope they turn out 'cause they're scuffed and primer gray right now!

It will work just fine as long as you sanded them well. Mine have stayed matte white for a long time now despite being subjected to plenty of desert brush. I didn't use a primer, but I did use a sealant.
