I have a fairly minor, but still annoying dent in one of my fenders. It was from a gentle kiss of an Aspen tree backing into a parking spot ... my own darn fault.

I will say that I was surprised to get a dent versus a scratch, but I guess that's one of the downsides to AL.

From those that have had to have dents repaired any particular do's / don'ts or is it just a function of finding a good shop?

I know this vague and possibly a no brainer, but I appreciate any input.

Post a pic, is the dent near the bottom of the fender, large or small? I have a couple minor ones near the bottom of the truck which I could care less about, even though I'm **** about my raptor. You could start by asking your local Ford Dealer if they do body work and check out their reviews online.

PDR guy should be able to rub it out or glue pop it out pretty easy. Prob $50. I've seen the good ones work some magic if the paint is ok.

Agree, paintless dent repair should be able to get that one. Paint doesn’t seem bad. I have had them pull a dent out of another vehicle of mine.
