I'm in a small town here for flight training and the techs did my truck pretty quick, no other Raptors around either.

i just went in today and they told me the rear shocks were non adjustable and that I would need spacers or something to raise them. anyone have any knowledge on this. im planning on putting 37s on my raptor

They are correct. Rear shocks are not adjustable. The front coil overs are. Hence the whole thread on mid perch adjustment. If your looking at 37 your concern needs to be the front not the rear.

Two Rivers Ford in Nashville did mine, but I also had them install a caster/camber kit (part# 86250) and do an alignment. I just dropped it off and picked it up. Around $450 out the door - keep in mind, TN sales tax is right at 10%.
