I went into my local FORD dealer yesterday to inquire about having them do the mid perch adjustment.

When I brought it up with the service manager he looked at me like I had three heads and said, "We've sold several of those things and I've never heard of that before". After I educated him on the Raptor suspension he said, "remind me when you come back for the air bag light and I'll ask somebody".

Anybody else dealt with anything like this? Not sure I'd even want these guys to do the work.

What other type of shop should I look for to do this? I'm in CA. Santa Cruz, Montery, Salinas area.

I bought my truck and had them say the same thing, I ended up doing it myself and having it aligned at 4 wheel parts. Good luck

Good morning. I went to my local dealer and asked if they could do it as well. The tech drove my truck in and then came and got me and told me my shocks were not adjustable. He then walked me to the back of the truck to show me what he meant. I politely asked him to drive my truck back out. He told me he wanted to look at it some more to "figure it out." I ended up doing it myself and saving the hassle...

totally off topic.

Do you know Patrick Taylor? Prior enlisted officer, used to be part of TF 160th.

just talked to the dealership I bought my Raptor from. They informed me that Ford considers the front shocks "non adjustable". Even showed me a TSB (or whatever ford calls that) stating such. I would avoid getting this mod done at a dealership, especially if you plan on using your warranty.

My dealership pretty much had no clue as well. I haven't done it yet but fortunately I live close to the RaptorAddict shop so I'll probably be giving them a call soon. Sounds like you're in my old stomping grounds. I grew up in good old foggy Monterey.
