If you have access to a hobby shop; most military bases have them, I would suggest going that route. The wall mounted spring compressors gave me a bigger warm and fuzzy over the portable spring compressors most have been renting from Auto Zone.

It was a piece of cake. The only thing I did not do was the camber/caster kit and alignment, which I had ORW here off of Balboa Avenue in San Diego do for me.

Then again, if you do not have access to a hobby shop, it is just as easy to do in your drive way with the help of a friend (plenty of how to write ups) and you can do the Tim Allen grunt after you sit back and admire your work! Plus...you save between $200-300 for other mods!

How much higher does the car goes with mid perch? I am worried my car won't fit in my home and work garage after it.

Can someone give me height measurements of the cab with stock wheels and tires after mid perch? I am within 1 1/2'' from my garage door which is at full retraction. I want to do this but not at the expense of leaving it outside.

i would think youd be alright. my door measures 82 inches to the frame molding, and i have 4 inches of clearance at the back of the cab. plus the front of the cab still sits a little lower on mid-perch.
