They are saying "Fox 3.0's are adjustable for up to 2" of additional ride height over stock". Does this mean that with mid perch and Fox your total raise (front) is 2" or close to 4" over the stock?

You don't do mid-perch with 3.0's, that terminology is for the stock shocks since they have 3 different settings. With 3.0's they have a ring up top that adjusts. Most will put their 3.0's about the height that is equal to be between what a stock mid and top perch would be.

So you really get hight wise less than inch more compared to mid perch?

I have my fox 3s set at the very highest setting and it's just a hair above what it was on the stock top perch. Maybe 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch higher, in fact it's just a touch too high so I'll probably bring it back down a bit.

This might stupid question, but can you adjust the ride height in the rear too?

You can adjust the height depending on which leaf springs you buy. Deaver has a +3 spring which is 1" higher than stock (once the block is removed).

So basically you can go 3" above stock with shocks in front and adding leafs in the rear and have the truck leveled?

No! Mid perch raises the front which levels the truck. If you go to top perch, the front will be higher. If you go to 3.0s you can adjust them, in the front, to go anywhere from stock height to just above top perch.

Now, in the rear, if you buy aftermarket leafsprings, you remove the block above the rear axle. Now, you need to get either +2" or +3". +2" will be approx. Stock height. +3" will be 1" higher. You can also get drop shackles which will also change the height.

+3" in the front and +3" in the rear will result in skunk nose rake similar to the stock rake. Making any change will also effect the ride. YMMV.

Yes, and no. What are you trying to accomplish?
There are so many verifiable. weight in the bed, leafspring settling, screw or scab, amount of fuel...
