I too, have started looking into purchasing a new (2020) Raptor. This would be my first ever Ford coming from the dark side (GM). GM (nor any manufacturer), IMHO, can match the Raptor's capabilities and looks. Clearly a proven winner from Ford. This will be my daily driver, although my daily driving is limited and my off roading will be mostly sand/beach running on weekends. I reside in northern Maryland and aside from one potential dealership, I have zero clues on any recommended dealerships - both for sales and service. I have, and will again if needed, purchase from anyone in the US and I do not require a test drive or see the vehicle beforehand. While that may sound like an unwise approach, I have never been screwed before when purchasing from a reputable dealership, which for the most part, a safe transaction.
I am holding up until the 2020's are released and plan to factory order one. I am not in a rush and would prefer to wait and order one with the options I want.
That all said, if anyone knows of any dealerships within the mid-atlantic region, northern MD, DE or Philly areas, I would appreciate that. Obviously, dealers with allocations and expertise in the Raptors, would be preferable. Thanks in advance!
