That looks so stupid! I would be worried about offending my Jewish neighbors with that on my truck.
I would like to hear how a Gibson muffler sounds though?

I run single 3.5" (stock 6 liter psd tail pipe) with an aero turbine muffler and it works really well... Loud, but works awesome. 4" wouldn't be bad at all.

It's my understanding that naturally aspirated engines need some back pressure to maintain good engine performance. So unless you are running forced induction, a 4" diameter exhaust will probably hurt your performance (but increase your DB status). Plus, a 6" tip reminds me of the coffee can rice rocket exhaust...junk!

typically the optimal diameter of the pipe is based on HP output. for 300-400hp 2.5" is plenty.

What in the world is an "aero turbine muffler?" That's got to be marketing hype, right? I mean, there can't be a turbine or impeller inside the muffler.

No turbine just helical flights inside that swirl exhaust

Birdman is correct on pipe size per horsepower but my plans for this exhaust was to install after a full livernois treatment 6.6 stroke motor, cams ,sw headers, and a whipple this is not completely over sized pipe for that combination scavenging still would occur in the front legs. Plus it should be loud this is no church mobile im trying to build.
