Metal banding loose noise whenever going over a bump/crack in road

The issue I’m having is whenever there is uneven ground or a manhole, a drain or a bump in the road I am hearing a clanging noise, almost like something is rattling or loose. Maybe a tie rod?
anyone heard of this issue?

Separate but may be connected, whenever I slow down not even using breaks I hear a crunch sound. Almost when you are driving over mud and it compacts or snow and it compacts, the same sound. Assuming it is my ABS. Anyone heard of this?

First, what year and model vehicle? Tie rods do not make clanging or rattle sounds. Sounds more like a heat shield.

I had something similar, ended up being my door check. Does your door hinge area make a bunch of noise when you open and close it?
