I bought a 2017 raptor and when I connect my phone by Bluetooth or CarPlay the audio during phone calls is all sorts of messed up has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

delete pairing on both radio and phone. restart phone. disconnect battery from truck for 15-20 min. update both (if available) re pair the phone to the truck. try that first and see where it lands you
