6.2 MBRP turndown exhaust

Great sound, easy install..

Until this morning when another Raptor pulled up to me at the gas station. We were looking over the trucks and he was asking about mod.

Went to point out nice shiny new exhaust.. Sum of a bitch the tip had gone AWOL! I know i tightened the dog snot out of clamps. So I wiggle hanger/clamp and the bastard is loose.. Guess hanging my lean mean 200+ lbs off the wrench was not enough..

Going to use impact on the sum bitch next time..

I contacted MBRP about getting a replacement tip.. Still waiting to hear back from them...

Beside the tip issue, do you hear any drone inside the car especially around 2000RPM??

The drone really isnt bad, especially if you turn the tip out 45 degrees (thats what she said!). With the windows up, radio on you cant really hear any drone unless you stomp on it. The freeway (70+) is where the drone is a little more noticable but in my opinion nothing bad.

I installed mine over a week ago and still havent seen the tip fall off. But now I'll crawl under and tighten it up again just for confirmation.
