could be i guess. not sure. how the hell do i tell the difference?

In another thread someone posted a type of cleaner that would clean it off if it wasn't rust. I can't remember which thread though. Possibly the thread called exhaust weep hole?

I bought my turndown mbrp from one of our vendors gotexhaust.com . They gave me a heck of a deal for the stainless turndown, just figured I would throw that out there. Customer service was also good as well.

I got the stainless steel MBRP turndown and its great. If you're worried about surface rust you could always coat it with the high temp paint. I thought about doing that but I decided against it because it's under the truck, no one sees it so who cares.

Just installed a stainless version last night on a 2010 w/ 6.2. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit because MBRP lists it only being for the 2011+ Used a portable band saw and cut a foot off. Super easy install.

Also thought it was going to be louder with the muffler design, but it was honestly just slightly louder than the stocker. I don't think it is close to the decibels that of what the popular Magnapack produces.

not worried for looks. My current trucks fell off though. Im kind of thinking for the long haul as ive had my current truck for over 7 years now.

I ordered some high temp paint from summit and maybe ill try it out.

They should probably put it on their site as a kit purchase then because I looked there first since this site and their advertisers are the reason I not only bought the truck, but is also a big reason why I got it an invoice as well.

I get the discount pricing from ford but as many know the gt500s and the raptors do not apply, but finding the thread for invoice pricing gave me leverage with my discount to make a fast deal.

I will buy from all of the guys on the right of the page when I can, but they need to have it on their site and have it spelled out for idiots like me. I suppose I could've chosen all of the individual parts but I don't think outside of the box much.

All they have that shows up as exhaust kits for the raptor is the single catback kit.

does anyone else agree with this?

I liked some of the other exhausts but then I read about how "they" thought it was great on the internet until they got it and then didn't like it. So I went with this one because I have read the opposite and how good this thing sounds, especially for the money.

At least it was the cheap one out of all of them I guess.

I went to youtube to listen to the videos to make a call on what exhaust to go with, like you said hard not to consider the mbrp for the cost.
