yes you have to cut them still. super easy 3 minute job measure out a foot and maek a like and your good. you can even have an exhaust shop cut it or something. also order off of ebay you can get it for close to half the price. If i'm not mistaken the full black cat back to the rear end was listed for around 400 when i bought mine in december

I have the SCREW stock exit MBRP and love it. Old lady thinks it is too loud but that is ok. Drone is noticeable on highway at times depending on the RPM. I rev'd it near my neighbors Honda Civic and it set off the alarm. Hadn't had that happen in the truck but happens to my Harley all the time - straight pipes.

Was under my truck last weekend and I bought the stainless 409 and cleaned and scuffed it before install and it it with High Temp black. It still looks great 6 months later. But I'm in San Diego so no salt on roads - just air.

Yeah, thats the other thing I am considering. I live in Upstate, NY, and the salt on the roads here in the winter is ridiculous. I don't want my exhaust to look like shit after one winter.

thanks banman for asking this question as this is one of the exhausts I'm looking at as well. I really want a turndown but not even sure where to start. Can some of you guys post up a part number for the MBRP turndown?

I don't mind cutting (Scab here) as I have a sawzall. We're not to far from eachother banman... install day?.... lol. I know you don't have your truck yet.

I'm also looking at the magnapak turndown.

I think since then I have decided to go with the Corsa cat-back. It's a lot more, but I want to make sure I do things right the first time, and not regret it down the line. The turndown definitely sounds badass, but I really want to stick with the rear side exit withe chrome tips :)
Lol how far do you live from Rochester?
