Ever heard of the Raptor tax?


Have not heard about it. I mean a arms are to expensive because of the US hand made is too expensive
There should be a company with Long travel a arms made in china.

US hand built has nothing to do with price, if you look at what you can get for an standard F150 versus a Raptor the price is MUCH higher and the parts are sometimes much easier to build for the Raptor because there's less parts involved.

And you couldn't pay me to own a China made long travel kit, let alone bolt one onto my truck

I will use a Chinese light anyday, but not a control arm or suspension component. I would prefer US QC on that stuff. But let's not take this thread Into that territory.

I thought about replying "have one of your friends let us know how your Chinese LT kit works out, cause you sure won't be able to" when I first saw that post the other day, but then I thought "nah, that's a little harsh"

All depents of the quality you pay for in china, hand labor is cheap for mass production. US welding is very expensive
I just paid 7120$ on metal only +3 a arms.
Btw that is not a subjet to discuss in this thread. I was just giving an idea
