The very fact that ford could source quality parts from another country cheaper is the only reason why 99.9% of the products you use even exist.

its just stupid how almost every topic can change to politics. so i am sorry about this.
no wonder china is making shit loads of money........ our government sucks ass. and there is no one to stop this train wreck. soon the U.S will become the third world country. maybe china will start outsourcing jobs to the U.S. because it will be cheaper for them to have us make it, just like we are doing now. and the president at that time will probably be bragging about how many jobs were created. and maybe india will start having call centers here too.
its amazing how politicians raise hundereds of millions of dollars to run for president, but cant do shit for the economy. why have so many restrictions on businesses? this is what forces them to go elsewhere for manufacturing.

I dont know about that. What doesnt make sense to me is that I remember when most of the cars and other consumer goods were made here. And we seemed to be able to afford them then. It's not like wages have skyrocketed since then- unless your a CEO.

Outsourcing is the result of American businesses not being able to compete due to the entitlement demands
of the workers and the extreme over-regulation of the government, be it State, Federal, and Local.
One need not look any further than the number of cities that are approaching or have gone into Bankruptcy
and who is or was at the helm which created that condition.
