LVJ Motorsports Fuse Panel Mount 2019

Can you guys help me fix my stupid? I have a 2019 built in May and bought the new fuse panel from LVJ. It's a nice piece and comes with a metal mounting bracket. Well from what I can see in photos it mounts to the drivers side of the battery box? I had my head under there today and there was not place with bolts, nuts, or bolt holes down there? just a plastic box?

On the gen 2 truck, there is one hole that will line up, the other two you need to drill out.
