I did it. This epic hunt for the right truck ended with a loaded 2013 raptor in terrain with a rare 18k miles. I bought it in Mississippi and drove it back to it's new home in the high desert of central Oregon.

My vehicle before this was a 05' Subaru Impreza. The transition to full size truck has been jarring to say the least. So much is different: weight, height, width, power, 4wd system. I think it will take a year or so to really understand what this raptor is capable of. However, it's immediately clear that this thing... this thing is special.

@No Brakes Beautiful Gen 1. Low miles, good find. How did you go about finding this rig? Are you in Bend? Enjoy.

@SKS yep in Bend! For a few months I was looking on the cargurus and autotraders daily. I had a few checked out by local mechanics and moved forward with this one when the ppi came back clean. It was everything you'd want in a used truck, owned by an older car collector that took meticulous care of it. Never drove it off road and allegedly never even drove it in the rain. I believe it! Who puts a fiberglass lid on the bed of a raptor?
