I'm currently in the market for a Raptor.

Are there any major issues I should keep a look out for when checking out a truck?

Is rust an issue? Is the drivetrain strong? Is mileage a big deal ... I've been seeing a lot of local trucks around 100k miles.

Im sure these have been answered a few times before, if there is a Buyers Guide thread please link me to it.

Are you buying new or used? If used, make sure you inspect the truck closely.

I'm looking for a used truck.

That's why I am asking what I should be looking closely at , what are the usual issues these trucks have?

How much are the replacement shocks, fenders, ect?

What kind of MPG do the Roush edition trucks get?

Is the frame issue I keep hearing about for the super crew cab only or all of the Raptors?

Is the insurance normal on these or pretty high?

Who is the "go to" shop / person for a tune? How much power is usually made by a 6.2 with an air intake/tune/exhaust?

Is there a link to production numbers by the years or are these pretty common?

Any answers are appreciated, I'll do some searching but I'm in the middle of a 75 hour work week LOL ---
