I've been researching this because I'm a bit worried about mine. Ford does sell a "filler panel" for the roof. I'm almost tempted to order one to see what kind of gap, if any it would leave. It would be pretty easy to just remove the sunroof altogether, use panel adhesive to attach the filler panel, then just wrap it black on the cheap. Might be worth it if yours is already damaged.

Didnt know about the filler option and sounds like a good idea if it looks OEM. I will just keep breaking these until the warranty runs out at 100K

I will never keep this truck till I hit warranty end... max 2 years, so the extended warranty is the next persons problem.

I agree for most, but my 2 years is 5K max... I travel for business almost every week and we use my wifes SUV to drive around most of the time.
