Looking for my first Raptor.

Hey guys, I’ still dragging my feet in hopes I find something closer to home. But I’m a little concerned, this truck is still available and I’m wondering if I’m missing something. Is this truck to good to be true? Here is the CarFax, am I missing something that would make this truck undesirable? I’m kind of on hold until the holidays are over with my work and travel schedule. Thanks for any insights.
