Pictures Corsa Sport to SW Y-Pipe and Catted Headers

Does anyone have any pictures of the actually exhaust installed? Curious what it looks like.

Here are some pictures of Corsa Sport connected to Stainless Works Y-Pipe and Catted Headers. The Corsa intermediate pipe does not slide into SW Y-Pipe, so installer had to do some pipe expanding, heating with torch, and big hammer to get the pipes together. Sorry, everything is covered in road spray/grime.

Thank you for starting this thread. I was looking for some owner reviews before I purchased mine. Couple questions: Can we get a video from the interior at just cruising speeds and acceleration so we can hear if there's any drone? What's your overall take on it?

I have this setup. 0 drone. I promise.

What do you guys, or actually where do you all think it would be best to... and i hate to say this but cut the Corsa Xtreme? Im dove tailing my rear end so i don't want the exhaust just hanging down. Where would it be safe to cut and dump the exhaust? suggestions?!?!

I know exactly how you feel about cutting it up. I've been running no exhaust for awhile mostly because I want the Corsa but don't want it to exit behind the wheels. I really wish they sold just the muffler so it doesn't seem like such a waste of money cutting most of it off. Lol. That's why I've been taking my time looking for someone selling a used one and just using the muffler with a turndown. I Think if they sold just the muffler I think 90% of Raptor owners would have their setup.

I was told by a very reputable source here on FRF that Volant is actually the same design as Corsa. Corsa owns Volant...think of Coors and Keystone beers. I think the only real difference is the thickness of the stainless steel used and the tips...and oh yeah...THE PRICE!!! I believe I paid $577 through Jegs.com or summitracing.com. I bought the Volant because like @cbcgeneral, I was planning on not running the typical rear exit. If you guys want to hear it, Birdman started a thread about the Volant exhaust and has a sound clip. That's what sold me and I can testify that the video is very very accurate to the results that you get!

Thanks bro that's good to know I'm going to check them out. I know that the Corsa sound is what I'm looking for so as long as it's pretty close to that I'll be happy. This will be my third exhaust system so hopefully I like it because I'm getting sick of wasting money. Lol. That's what suck about not really having any forum member around me. Not being able to meet up with other Raptor owners and checking out the mods they've done to see if you like it before buying.

No problem man! Here's a link to the thread with the sound clip. Later on, Andr3w shares a Facebook video he made with a go-pro that gives a good idea of everyday type driving.

I personally feel that the Volant actually is a little more raspy and aggressive sounding than what I've heard of Corsa's. Very very similar though and the no drone is awesome! Really is amazing to have that kind of volume on the outside of the truck and relatively quite inside with zero drone. I absolutely love mine!

Best of Luck man!

After the axle when the pipe makes the turn back down. Have the shop aim the pipe out towards the back.
