Less drone than when I had it dumped right after the axle. By moving it back and then pointing out towards the rear, the noise is mostly behind me when moving.

And yes, that is all mud. Most of which is from this year's TRR. I see it as free ceramic coating

Did you have to cut anything at all?

Basically the exact same spot as mine. I just used to chrome tip since it came with the kit, but same spot where it cuts off. I had my exhaust guy angle it as much as he could out towards the side of the truck. With the Volant, I experience zero drone.

I don't have Corsa, but the Corsa does not have a connection point right there. You'll have to get the shop to get a sawzall and cut the dual tips and some of the exhaust pipe off to make it work.

Another option I've seen is have the shop do a custom routed pipe from the muffler exit up over the axle and dump it like I did. That way you don't cut anything if you want to sell the Corsa down the road.

And another option I've seen is have the shop cut it right after the axle on the turn down and custom route it to where the dual tips follow the line of the dove tail. Basically they would be on an angle just the same. It's not something I'm too fond of, but if you want to keep the tips it's an option.

Do you think maybe dumping right after the muffler would be an option? The system is made of pieces so just don't use the pipe that extends over the axle?

You can try it, but where the muffler is it might end up being pretty loud in the cab under slight acceleration. It's the cheapest option so I would try it and if you don't like it, evaluate and go from there.
