Your not going to notice a 20HP difference if you really want to wake it up the Whipple is the way to go.

It's the exact same on a dyno. Both right are at 540-548 hp rwhp

That's 8 rwhp difference, with parasitic loss and depending on conditions, there is your 20 bhp.

Nope, peak torque occurs at a much lower, in this case, than peak power. At peak power the 24 will be making more torque than the 23. Only at 5252 rpm does hp and torque equal each other.
