there is a neutral tow setting under "VEHICLE" >> "SETTINGS" that is for flat towing.

I do not have experience with vehicles that have been towed behind an RV, but I would be doing a lot of research and asking a lot of questions before I bought one. Honestly, the unknown would probably be enough to make me pass and keep looking.

Thanks everyone. Still weighing my options. It’s got 25k miles. The cord is in fact a engine heater.
