O2 sensors

Make sure that the tune that you are using hasn't turned the rear O2 sensor off. This happened to me on a Whipple & Long Tube install. The Whipple program had turned the rear O2s off to prevent a CEL. That part worked ok but the truck would not pass MA inspection. They installed a new program with rear O2's turned back on and installed O2 extenders and everything starting working again. One other thing.. It can take several days of driving to reset "O2 Incomplete on your OBD readout. Be patient.... A steady 40 mph on cruise control for 10-15 minutes can help reset as well.

The sensors werent getting enough heat, since everything is aftermarket and has a better flow, seems like it wont reach the desire temp, so pretty much beat it a couple of time at the local desert here and booom :) o2s cycled

So once you got it really hot the CEL turned off? Or you got it into the ready status?

switch 02 sensors from side to side and see if the code follows the 02 sensor;)
Can't promise this is the fix, but rules out another possibility

what is the exact code you're getting?

Off and on for about a year. I live out of state, but the truck is registered in PA where I need to get emissions. I just didn't get it inspected this past year. But I'm hoping to resolve it and get it inspected around Christmas time.

I'm ordering a new O2 sensor now. Part number BL3Z9G444A for the rear passenger side (bank 2 sensor 2).

I think the LT Headers foul the sensor over time.

Yup. On the stock tune or emissions tune.

P2272 bank 2 sensor 2 stuck lean.

The saga continues. Going for inspection on the 21st and need to get this figured out!

With the help of @Chris@FreedomMotorsports over the weekend we changed out the Bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor. Which apparently is the rear driver side. I thought it was the passenger side, but was wrong. Thanks @Rookie and @bigred1097.

I'm still getting the same code as above.

For those @svtchris1021 who have installed the spacers on the rear O2 sensors, what port size opening did you use? There are three to choose from. I am currently using the largest opening.

I've tried two different smog tuned and both have the same result. Would there be anything different in the @svc smog tune that would make this work?
