I’m just finishing up a full rebuild and prep on my old girl.
Has the og Brenthel lt front, and a three link rear.

This is exactly what I want to do, to a T!!!! Please send more pictures of the rear end, but really everything!!! Mine is silver too. I love this, and it's been hard to find trucks built like this. Did you build it, or who did you have do it????

He has stickied thread on the install

Thread 'Giant motorsports ddl kit install'

It’s an old Giant Motorsports ddl kit modified to be a 3 link (trailing arms, single upper link plus panhard bar).

I believe Giant now sells it as a 3 link with panhard bar similar to the modifications ntm made to the original kit (I could me wrong though). It’s a fairly DIY universal kit and I think you’ll have to fabricate your own bed cage and source hardware etc.

This kit is what I will be purchasing, it's gonna be an excellent way to go about having a proper ripper, while also keeping budget in mind, as my truck is a weekend warrior, not an everyday abuser. So you're saying that previously it did not come with the panhard bar, just the air shocks and one upper link? I have a guy that will build me a full bed cage, and I am thinking about doing the tire mounting the exact same way.

Always had a panhard bar for centering the axle, the air shocks are what they ended up ditching then added the single upper link.

No worries homie, I wish all gens could comment because, like you said, everything is pretty much the same! Are you going to C-notch the frame as well to allow for more up travel? How do you feel this kit pairs with that rear end? I am very interested in building a 3-link kit to pair with the HM kit up front!!! Yes, that is why I want to go long travel as opposed to mid!! I hear much better things about the on-road handling of these trucks with long travel up front!!!!
Yes, I will be doing a C notch to gain about 3 to 4 inches of above travel which I think is a big deal. As it sits right now, the front end way out performs the rear.
