This has been posted SVTP for a few days. I'm not sure why it hasn't been posted over here yet but anyway looks like some good stuff is coming ya'lls way.

Last week at the PRI Trade Show in Orlando, we had a ton of interest in our 6.2L products. Most of these products will be available within the first few months of the new year.

Ford 6.2L Modular Piston/Rod Upgrade

Piston Specs:


  • Custom design crown configuration for new 6.2 cylinder heads
  • Increased top and second fireland thickness .300+ Top, .200 +2nd
  • Standard 1.5mm, 1.5mm, 3.0mm ring package heights with steel top ring
  • Fully coated crowns and skirts
  • Integrated notches allow use of factory oil sprayer
  • Revised oil control/drainback slots work with factory oil spray system and oil control ring
  • Inner pin boss designed around Manley H-Beam style rod
  • Full pin oiling
  • Radiused valve pockets
  • High Compression version (11.0-1)
  • Low Compression version (9.5-1)
  • Livernois Exclusive 2.0 skirt profile (This encompasses many changes, revised shape of skirt, revised sizing and fit points on skirt) Improved design for better wear and durability while also allowing for increased stability.

Rod Specs:

  • Livernois/Manley H-Beam rods manufactured from 4340 forgings
  • Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened and magnafluxed
  • Weight matched sets + 1.5 grams
  • 3/8” ARP 2000 bolts
  • Includes Coated Rod Bearings

Spring Pressure: 150 lbs. on seat; 390 lbs. open @ .650 lift

Ford 6.2L Rocker Bar Brace System

Livernois Motorsports is proud to introduce a new product for your 6.2L Ford Modular Raptor Engine. Our new rocker bar brace system is designed to improve valvetrain geometry and offer increased durability. This kit is a great bolt- on addition to the stock rocker bar system and offers increased durability and performance. This kit keeps the valvetrain stable in your high performance 6.2L engine and is a must have for anyone installing aftermarket camshafts or higher pressure springs.

Includes:

* Billet aluminum rocker bar hold downs
* ARP hold down bolts

Billet aluminum rocker bar hold braces offer additional bracing between the rocker shafts to prevent deflection. This reduces flex in the shafts and prevents valvetrain deflection. When the factory rocker bar is deflected by higher spring loads it forces the rocker bar to exert pressure on the camshaft tower cap. This causes the bore to ovalize and can lead to camshaft journal to camshaft bore contact and damage.

ARP bolts greatly increase clamping force and reduce rocker bar movement and flex.

Ford 6.2L Main Stud Kit


Application: 2011 Raptor / 2011 Super Duty

Manufactured by ARP exclusively for Livernois Motorsports, these main studs are vastly superior to stock components and a must for any high horsepower application.

The kit includes studs made from ARP 2000 material, nuts, washers and special adapter for the oil pick up tube

Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
