I have a 2017 Screw with ADD intercooler kit and Honeybadger bumpers. Every time i would start it cold it would not move for at least 30 seconds. Ford replaced my transmission valve body, pump, filters, reprogrammed, etc. still did it. Turns out it was nothing more than the blow off valve staying open to relieve start up boost. I called AFE who makes the intercooler for ADD and they said that model is a special build for ADD and I needed to call them. I called ADD and they said they just use AFE to source the core. They advised that I was the first to complain about the delay. They did say it was normal due to the return on the blow off valve being redirected. I never had any trouble codes and have 32k miles on the truck.

I know the AFE CAI will throw a misfire but not put your Raptor in limp mode. You can take it to auto zone and have your codes read for free.

I have a 2018 Gen2, AFe intake, intercooler, blade runner tube kit, Turbo smart blow off valve, custom dyno tune.
Under extreme boost the truck will go into limp mode for like 30 seconds,Then get a misfire code on my phone from the Ford app. Anyone else have any issue like this, If so how did you resolve it? Thanks I appreciate your response

Wild guess but try tossing the nonsense stuff like the intake/BOV/tube kit just a tune & intercooler still have issues?
