I see this tune is available in California. What’s the going rate for my local dealership to install or is it easy enough for me to install or would that effect my warranty

Thanks

I used to think forums were great collections of searchable information.

If you take the crayons out of your mouth for a minute we will shove the spoon in there for you:

1. People have been quoted ~$250 for install;

2. It is easy enough to install yourself. 10 minutes would be an overestimate; and

3. Having a dealer install will include the 3-year/36k mile warranty that the ProCal comes with. If you do it yourself, and experience malfunctions, Ford would have to prove that their own product caused any kind of damage if it came to a warranty situation. This tune is incredibly conservative and highly unlikely to have any issues; it is almost more of a transmission flash than a tune.
