I have the Cannons on my truck and don't notice any glare? Do you believe that the certain color trucks may pick up reflection?

I thought a white colored truck/hood might have a lot more glare than say a black truck?

I had a remote controlled spot light on the radar arch of my boat. I used the spot light when running the boat at night time to locate buoys, but the glare on the white bow of the boat was blinding when the light was turned on. I don't know the degree of the spot pattern on my light, but it was a pretty narrow beam and mounted about 4-5' higher than the bow of the boat. I could only bare to flash the light on and quickly look for the reflection of buoys; if I left it on for more than a second or two i'd see spots after it turned off and my night vision was diminished for a few minutes.

Most of the comments say that the glare isn't bad, but IMO it appears to be a little too noticeable in the one shared photo. I am still interested in these lights, but I may look into making some sort of "hood" for the light that would be oriented in a fashion to totally block light bleed on the hood. I haven't seen the glare effects from these lights on the hood in person, so these are only my initial impressions based on the shared photo.

Just gotta say I was just out tonight aiming my light cannons, do they light up the hood? Hell ******* yes, does it diminish the use ability of the lights in any way? Hell ******* no, the relatively small amount of light reflected off the hood is completely engulfed by the light thrown downrange by these
