it's weird, I come from a lifetime of owning Jeeps which are notorious for poor reliability. That said in around 17 Jeeps owned since I was 16 (35 years or so) I've only had 2-3 that had any serious problems. I'm hard on off-road vehicles. I currently have a 2018 JL Rubicon with 130K miles on it that has seen a huge amount of off-road miles in Moab, SW Colorado, NM and Texas. Only issue I've ever had with it is an AC issue and an OBD2 Port issue that was caused by a technician. My 22 Gen 3 Raptor though seems to have just random electronic issues that sometimes occur once never to be seen again. It's also probably spent more time in the shop than all 17 or so Jeeps I've owned in 35 years..lol. Don't get me wrong, I love the truck, but I wish they would get their shit together. I've taken the Raptor to Colorado and Moab and had issues in both places that luckily were resolved by soft reboots, but I'd never go alone anywhere remote in my Raptor. My Jeep even with 130K miles on it, I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere.
