Wow. That's good to know. I just wanted to make sure leasing could be an option. Some dealers lie and you never know who is truthful.

I normally lease but didn't on this truck as I wanted to do some modifications. Plus the resale value on Gen 1's has been excellent, and with the continuing high demand for Gen 2's just thought it would maintain a better value than a normal vehicle.

Just curious what's the residual/mileage/MF running on a Raptor lease?

Leasing these is the absolute best way to go right now. You will have a limited length of ownership and maintain warranty. Warranty is a necessity on these ecoboost engines. This will satisfy you until the new engine is ready. Then, you should BUY that one. Doing so will mean that you don't take the massive depreciation hit... much like the 5.4 Raptors did when the 6.2 engine became available in them.

I agree. I won't modify mine so that's not a worry. I love getting a new car every few years and knowing it's a lease I don't have to take care of the engine.

Residuals on raptors was less that the residuals on other F150's.

So probably doesn't make financial sense to lease.

Ford dose not lease the raptor.

If you don't even understand leasing then you really shouldn't even add a comment. Just confuses some.

Whether Ford actually leases is irrelevant to one's ability to actually lease one.

Not going to argue with you. I'll let others explain it to you. But I'm guessing that you made 6 car salesmen very happy!

No, Enlighten me. I stated that ford does not lease the raptor, But that some how that turned in to I don't understand leasing... And I must have made 6 car salesmen very happy. Well If I know what the residual is, money factor is for A tier credit, negotiate a price well below invoice before incentives and put multiple security deposits down to buy down the money factor, I would say I have a pretty good handle on what I'm doing.... Maybe I could teach you a thing to two...
