I had this issue back in Feb. There is some sort of defect during manufacture on certain 2018s (can't remember exactly...too many COVID beers). Dealer fixed it all up for me on Ford's dime.

I had the same issue with my 18. Dealer tried 4 separate times to fix the issue. Even replaced the glass panels, seals, drains, and rear brake light.

I found a post on the F150forum on how to diagnose the issue and sent it to my dealer. It ended up being tray/frame that fits into the roof was cracked. Once they replaced it no longer leaks.

What a nightmare. I have never been a fan of sunroofs myself. If ford can't make them right they shouldn't be installing them on these trucks.

Yep. Been there done that. I had water streaming down my A-pillar. I did a bunch of research in here and other sites about the problem, and........... It was a bent drain tube. Was fixed the same day I brought it in. There are 4 drain tubes, one in each corner of your sun roof.

My 2018 Raptor Is leaking from the roof/sunroof. Anyone else experienced this? I opened the roof and cleaned the seals. I pulled the headliner and checked the drain channels and they are clear. I back in my driveway so I park nose down. Water collects in the rearview mirror plastic housing. Any suggestions?

Thanks

My 2019 did the same thing. They tried everything to fix it (most of whats mentioned in this thread), turns out it was broken weld beads around the roof/windshield. This was their 4th attempt trying to fix (which I believe solved the problem). Ultimately, I was unhappy with non-factory paint/weld beads on new Rap, so Ford ended up buying the truck back via the RAV team. My 20 has been flawless in all respects (minus tire wear, and yes properly inflated on all 4 corners).

I don't understand your dealer. Why don't they remove the headliner and then check for the leak.
How could they be clueless (most are). Maybe they're just too lazy to drop the headliner. Should be easy to spot with headliner removed.
