Leaf springs sag

guys ever see this.
2019 screw with less than 3000 miles. I towed my 7x16 trailer which has about 700 lbs of tongue weight with my busa in it and it sag the shit out of the truck. So then I ordered the Timbren set up which seems to work great. But apparently the damage was done. The driver side is lower by an inch. Sitting empty and the spring at the axle is actually bent up hill like buckled in middle. Dealer is replacing both rear springs but dam I have never seen anything like this

When was the first picture taken? Is it before towing?

No after towing but only went 11 miles. Truck was not on bump stops just sagging a bunch. Then I quickly added Timbren that really made it ride nice and not sag. But the damage was done. Weird only 1 side did that. This is what was in it. It weighs 485. Plus a 3 wheeler and some tools etc. just weird

Have you tried measuring with the truck running after you've moved forward a few feet? You might even try having it in gear with you on the brakes and have someone measure it. I have read before that the '19s vary greatly when parked or after having been backed up, etc, because of the electronic Fox shocks.

But, if you've actually got a noticeable permanent bend in the spring, then it might not be a shock issue...

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure the springs in my truck are fine and my drivers side also differs slightly from my passenger side. Like Ski said above, I've also heard that the 2019's can do weird things with shock stiffness while sitting. I'd be pretty surprised if you weren't riding on the bump stops and somehow actually managed to permanently damage your springs ... Are you really worried about less than an inch of difference across the rear of the truck? I mean, it's a truck ... not a piece of architecture.

I have a 2018 with 20k miles. I tow my boat or light trailer (less than 500 lbs of tongue weight) from time to time. A few weeks ago I installed sumo springs and discovered that the driver's side was about 3/4 of an inch lower (less clearance) than the passenger which means that once installed there is about half an inch of clearance on the sumo (which operates as a more robust bump-stop) on the passenger side, and no clearance (it rides) on the driver's side. I sort of took the Adleweis view. Hope this adds perspective and, please do tell me if I should be taking this to the dealer.

My 18 would sag about an inch on the driver’s side with a full tank of gas. Went to HD Deavers +2 and Geiser springs no problems now.

Guys dealer replaced both springs and new hardware. Now truck sits over 1 inch higher on passenger and same on driver side So springs were beat. I also measured from Timbren to axle both sides are the same. Wish I would have taken a picture of the spring as it was bent upwards at axle on driver side
