LOL Not one person even got close to $71k. I think you are looking at low $80s MSRP. A few have been bought on open market when ordered at MSRP. If at Dealership and available $10k over is probably as good as you are going to do for a while on a 37" truck.
Look on cars.com or autotrader.com plus ford.com change distance to 500 miles and new. you will see a list of trucks some might be not pre-sold. From my zip there are 12 most are 100k not all are 37" trucks. Heck XLTs are going for $60k on a lot of lots with $2-3k worth of stuff added.
