Raptors are only built at the Dearborn Truck Plant, so here's a hint:

Factory Tour Hours and Tickets

The July TBD date is the tentatively planned date for the plant to retool for the 2015 model production. You guys know how long a Raptor takes to arrive after they've been ordered because of dealership allocation backlogs. If I wanted a Raptor, I'd be placing my order at least 3-4 months before that July date.

Contact your local dealer to confirm the cutoff date, but be aware the these dates are subject to change without warning.

i was planning on purchasing a used 2010 for ~35k with a trade in but for a brand new 2014 at 40, its a no brainer.

Whats the deposit you guys have placed on these?

I thought they were capable of building the old and new model on the line at the same time and that was plan?

Possibly, but clearly that article is outdated as it's talking about 2013 to 2014 and not 2014 to 2015 model.
