I have a dvd that came with my gen1 Raptor entitled "off-roading in the Raptor". In this dvd they discuss airing down and ford does not recommend going below 28 psi when doing "high speed" off roading. That was the only time a specific psi was mentioned. The rest of the time airing up and down was used in general terms. It does mention going 100 mph over rough terrain though.

I believe I modified 726-40-01 in BCM, but let me check/confirm.
The data above is correct. At that location the "as-built" values are: xxxx 2626 xxxx. '26' in hexadecimal = 38, the PSI on the placard. I reprogrammed it to xxxx 2020 xxxx. '20' in hexadecimal = 32. I inflate the front tires to 32 psi and rear tires to 28 psi. I no longer get TPMS low pressure alerts. I hope you find this helpful.
